Shashlik with Mashed Potato & Salad

A few days ago, i cooked 3 different dishes : shashlik, mashed potato, and salad. You can cook and eat separately, but i serve and eat them together as one dish. 

Shashlik

What you need : 

bratwurst sausage

onion

margarine or butter

barbecue or favorite sauce

What to do :

-cut bratwurst and onion

-pin and put into skewer as you want

-spread shashlik with margarine

-grill with flat frying pan or barbecue grill till half-cooked

-spread shashlik with barbecue or any sauce

-grill till done

Mashed Potato

What you need : 

boiled potatoes

garlic

onion

fresh milk

oregano

basil

black pepper

What to do :

-mash the potatoes
-stir fry onion and garlic
-add mashed potatoes
-add basil, oregano & black pepper
-add fresh milk
-mix till cooked and thickened

Salad
What you need :
lettuce

cucumber

tomato

onion

boiled snap beans

boiled carrot

What to do :

-cut lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, snap beans, carrot

-mix it up

-add thousand island sauce

Voila, lets eat the dishes! 

Kimmy, Dolly & Cody

On my 20th birthday in October 2011, i got present 3 little goldfish with a round aquarium. They all belong to Oranda Goldfish Family, particularly in species of Red Cup. They are characterized by a prominent raspberry-like hood in their head, fat belly and a pretty long tail. I gave them the name : Kimmy, Dolly and Cody.

One day, the aquarium got cracked and my dad bought me a bigger aquarium. I was so happy because in a bigger aquarium, I could attach a water filter for them. It would make the water much cleaner than before. Nowadays, my fishes seem happy and healthy in their new aquarium. 

Goldfish eat a lot and digest fast too. Because of that, they make the aquarium cloudy, so I have to clean the water frequently. One time, something bad happened, my fishes got sick. They got some black dot on their head and tail. I was so worried about them, I gave some medicine to stop their sickness. Afterwards, the dot reduced and they got better.

Later on, in one morning, after I had woken up, I checked my aquarium. I was shocked. One of my fish was dead, Cody was gone. I was very sad and upset. Since then I promise to myself to take care them much better.

Making Sandwich for Lunch

Make simple sandwich for my sister, brother and myself lunch.

What you need :

bread

katsu chicken

cheese slice

lettuce

tomato

tomato sauce

chili sauce

toothpick

You just have to slice the tomatoes, pick the lettuce and set up by your own.
Then slice sandwich diagonally and pin it with toothpick.
Taadaaaa, your lunch just ready to be served...

Random Lunch

One day, I went to Money Changer to sell some Yuan. After I had finished my own stuff, the soaker rain comes away. While waiting the rain to let up, randomly I was thinking to eat some kind of Salad. Then my mind stopped at Pizza Hut, since it is near the money changer. Pizza Hut has a super yummy self service salad, so we can get what we want.

And here what I've got for lunch...

One full bowl of Fresh Salad with thousand island sauce and mayonnaise.
